Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

1. What is delivered
Haru sells digital credit packs. There is no physical shipping. After a successful payment, credits are added to your account balance and can be used immediately.
2. Delivery timeline
- Typical delivery time: within a few seconds after payment confirmation.
- Maximum normal window: up to 24 hours in rare payment verification delays.
- You can verify delivery in Settings - Billing - Payment history and credit balance.
3. If delivery is delayed or missing
If your account is debited but credits are not reflected within 24 hours, email support@haru.co.in from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID.
- We will investigate and resolve the request within 2 business days.
- Resolution will be either successful credit delivery or a full refund.
4. Failed and duplicate transactions
- Failed payment debits are typically auto-reversed by Razorpay or your bank.
- Bank reversal timelines usually range from 5 to 7 business days.
- Verified duplicate captures are refunded in full to the original payment method.
