Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How purchases work
Haru sells one-time credit packs (no subscriptions, no recurring charges). Credits are added to your account automatically within a few seconds of successful payment, and purchased credits never expire.
2. When you get a refund
- Payment debited but credits not received — if credits do not appear in your account within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will either add the credits or issue a full refund, your choice.
- Failed or duplicate payments — amounts debited for failed transactions are reversed automatically by Razorpay/your bank, typically within 5–7 business days. Verified duplicate payments are refunded in full.
- Unused packs — if you have used none of the credits from a pack, you may request a full refund of that pack within 7 days of purchase.
- Service discontinuation — if we ever shut Haru down, unused purchased credits are refunded pro-rata.
3. When we can't refund
- Packs that have been partially or fully used.
- The free monthly credit allowance (it is free — there is nothing to refund).
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, except for non-delivery or duplicates.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@haru.co.in from your registered email address with the payment ID (visible in Settings → Billing → Payment history). We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay; your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.
5. Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. If you delete your account, any unused purchased credits are forfeited unless they qualify for a refund under section 2.
